InboxShare

Terms of service

Effective / last updated: August 5, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, joining a workspace, connecting a mailbox, or otherwise using InboxShare, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you are using InboxShare on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

The service

InboxShare is a collaboration layer for company Gmail. It helps teams review synchronized conversations, assign ownership, track status, add private internal notes, optionally draft replies with AI grounded in approved company knowledge, and send human-approved replies through Gmail. InboxShare is not a Gmail replacement, help desk, CRM, hosted email provider, marketing platform, or billing system. Gmail remains your email provider.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful business or organizational purposes. InboxShare is not directed to children.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your email and password sign-in. Workspace owners/admins manage membership, roles, mailbox connections, mailbox access grants, knowledge used by AI, and data export or deletion requests for the organization. Members must use only the inboxes and data they are granted access to.

Authorized Gmail and Workspace access

You may connect only Gmail accounts and Google Workspace domains that you are authorized to manage. Mailbox OAuth consent and Workspace domain-wide delegation are separate from InboxShare sign-in. You are responsible for complying with Google's terms and your organization's internal authorization policies. Disconnecting a mailbox stops InboxShare synchronization for that mailbox; it does not by itself delete messages in Gmail.

Acceptable use

AI output and human review

AI-assisted drafts are optional suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Humans must review and edit drafts before sending. InboxShare does not automatically send AI-generated replies. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your connected mailboxes.

Subscriptions and billing

InboxShare's product scope does not include subscriptions, payments, or billing features. If an operator separately charges for access, that commercial arrangement is outside these application terms unless expressly documented by that operator.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your email content, notes, and knowledge you provide. InboxShare and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. You grant the operator of your deployment a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

Third-party services

The service depends on third parties such as Supabase, Netlify, Google, and OpenAI. Their availability, policies, and outages can affect InboxShare. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using InboxShare at any time, including by signing out, leaving a workspace when permitted, disconnecting mailboxes, or asking an owner to delete the organization. The operator may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, abuse, legal requirements, or operational necessity. Upon termination, access to the workspace ends; deletion and export options are described in the Privacy policy and product settings where available.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. InboxShare does not guarantee uninterrupted sync, perfect AI accuracy, or that Gmail, Google, or other providers will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this InboxShare deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid the operator for the service in the twelve months before the claim—or zero if you paid nothing—unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without selecting a specific venue or jurisdiction on this page. If the operator of your deployment publishes a jurisdiction or dispute-resolution addendum, that addendum controls for that deployment. Nothing here waives non- waivable consumer or statutory rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The effective / last-updated date at the top will change when material updates are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
